Welcome to MYTOPEVER. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or publishing rankings and reviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

This Service is a non-commercial personal hobby project provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

2. User Conduct & Content Standards

You are solely responsible for any content you post, including list titles, descriptions, ratings, reviews, tags, and uploaded media.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or promoting violence or hatred;
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious software/links;
• Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights of third parties;
• Violates the privacy or personal rights of others.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any content and terminate accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

3. Third-Party Media & Fair Use Disclaimer

All movie titles, posters, game artwork, book metadata, and artist images displayed on the platform are the property of their respective copyright owners.

This metadata is retrieved dynamically via public external APIs (The Movie Database TMDB, RAWG, Open Library, Apple iTunes) and used solely under fair use principles for non-commercial commentary, indexing, and personal list curation.

The browser-based ePub reader is provided solely for personal convenience to view files uploaded directly by the user. MYTOPEVER does not host pirate repositories or distribute copyrighted digital books.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator and maintainers of MYTOPEVER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.

5. Copyright Inquiries & Takedowns

If you believe that any content hosted on MYTOPEVER infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately at: boriskozyrev@bk.ru.

All substantiated requests will result in immediate removal of the contested material.
